Cinnamon Basil

On the fail list so far this year: Catnip, have no idea why I can't get it to grow, it grew like CRAZY last year. Oregano, it was on fail list last year too. Tarragon, still alive but just a green stalk at this point, no leaves. Strawberries, also still alive but the berries are disgusting.

  1. Dang, your plants look amazing. I've killed basil 4 separate times, so I gave up. We did, however, plant mint. Which = mojitos for me too, can't wait!

  2. Basil was on my fail list the past two years. It's been unseasonably mild so far this year, pretty sure the basil will die once the summer heat gets here.

  3. Your plants look awesome! They are healthy on the photos. I started planting it in pot then transfer it in the garden. I only sprinkle some of the seeds and mist water then set it in a sunny area. Then it grew perfect. When growing plants such as herbs, you don't need to add any fertilizer, compost or mulch to your oregano beds. Fertilizer is actually detrimental to the flavor of the herb.
